Firearm / Gun Trusts

If you are a firearms collector or enthusiast, this trust is for you!

A Firearm Trust or “Gun Trust” is a specific way to ensure your weapons can pass to the person you want, if they qualify to own a firearm.  Also known as a NFA Trust, Class 3 Trust, or Title II Trust, these trusts are needed for specific weapon types.

Our family loves to travel, and we see a need to assist full time travelers with their estate planning needs.  This unique group may benefit from Florida’s “preferred state status” when it comes to the portability of estate plans.
